Scottish Italian Wedding in Edinburgh

Cara & Antonio married in the Alexander Suite in Edinburgh’s City Chambers with just their immediate family in attendance. They wanted to keep things relaxed and informal, just spending the day with their closest loved ones. After the ceremony we took a few photos around Edinburgh’s old town for heading down to The Devil's Advocate, a cosy bar just tucked off the Royal Mile. They enjoyed champagne, a few drams and sang some Scottish Folk songs before it was time for us to head for dinner. Cara & Antonio had booked an early dinner at Locanda de Gusti, an Italian restaurant in Haymarket serving traditional food from Naples (where Antonio’s grandpa was from). There was a few speeches before the food started flowing out of the kitchen. I was kindly invited to join them for dinner and I think it might be on of the best wedding dinners I have ever had. The food was incredible! After dinner everyone enjoyed a Limoncello and an espresso before heading off to a nearby bar to continue the celebrations.
